Rob Hach is the founder and president of Anemometry Specialists, Inc.  He is active in the daily operations of the company with a strong focus on business development. From a young age, Mr. Hach has had a passion for profit; his first full-fledged venture began at age 19, followed by two more ventures before the age of 21. Successful with each one, Mr. Hach ended the first two and added an additional two in the meantime. Rob is an active Alta, Iowa community member and most recently was elected to the board of directors for the newly formed Iowa Wind Energy Association.

Tara Hach first and foremost is the company's vice president where she oversees the office administration and provides guidance to the management team.  In addition to these duties she is also the company's controller and provides bookkeeping services.  Mrs. Hach grew up in a household of entrepreneurs; she offers business and operations expertise and good judgment to this enterprise. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at Buena Vista University, in addition to coursework in accounting.  Her community involvement includes treasurer for the Alta Chamber of Commerce.

Steve Devos is a sales representative for Anemometry Specialists, Inc., where he provides professional representation of the company in public and client settings, ensuring that client expectations are met and/or exceeded, maintains direct relationships with selected major accounts to ensure growth and retention, and provides effective leadership, timely feedback and development for our technicians, among other duties. He was previously employed as the Call Center Sales Manager for Marketlink Inc., where his duties included developing, motivating, and training associates and supervisors on a regular basis, and developing a "one team" approach to instilling a productive environment. He holds a Certificate of Completion in Small Business Management from WIT Community College.

Lisa Zalaznik, PHR, joined Anemometry Specialists in 2008 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of human resources, safety and leads the ISO 9001:2008 quality program. She comes from RR Donnelley, a global printing company where she served as chief human resources and safety coordinator for the past three years.  Prior to that, Lisa served as the human resource coordinator for Becker Furniture World and held a compliance position with Piper Jaffray Inc.  Lisa obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through Briar Cliff University in the spring of 2008.

Bryan Johnson is the project manager for Anemometry Specialists, Inc., where he develops and maintains effective business relationships with clients, handles complex logistical issues related to supplies, equipment, and personnel, assists customers with decisions related to meteorological testing equipment, develops schedules in conjunction with office personnel to keep employees working effectively in remote areas, and assist in hiring technicians through effective screening and interviewing. Previously, he was the emergency shelter coordinator at the Child Saving Institute in Omaha, Nebraska, where he was responsible for daily direction of operations of children's emergency shelter to ensure shelter safety and efficiency. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.

Douglas Scroggin joined Anemometry Specialists in 2009 as the warehouse manager. His attention to detail and work ethic made him a natural choice for project coordinator. Doug works closely with clients to ensure that their project requirements are communicated to the Anemometry Specialists technicians. He assists the project manager with logistics, scheduling, hiring and training. Doug's knowledge of wind assessment technology and equipment are a valuable asset to our customers. Prior to joining Anemometry Specialists Doug worked for RR Donnelley, a global printing company where he served as a Shipping and Receiving  Clerk.  Prior to that, Doug supervised the day-to-day operations of the leather department at Klaussner Furniture (Stylecraft, Inc.) for fifteen years.
 

Dari Dexheimer joined Anemometry Specialists in 2008 as a meteorologist.  She validates anemometer and sodar data to ensure satisfactory quality control and instrument operation.  She also performs all detailed data analysis, including summary reports and long-term correlations.  She comes from Boeing LTS where she was a meteorologist at the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Starfire Optical Range.  She has significant experience with Matlab, IDL, LabView, and SQL programming.  In addition she has widespread knowledge of atmospheric instrumentation, including ultrasonic anemometers, sodars, lidars, pyrheliometers, whole-sky imagers, and telescopes.  Ms. Dexheimer received a Master’s degree in Atmospheric Science from Texas A&M University in 2004.

Diana Fellows joined Anemometry Specialists in 2008 where she provides data analysis, including validating meteorological test tower data, coordinating sensor issue notifications, and compiling data reports.  Diana comes from Mangold Environmental Testing where she served the main point of contact for the entire office. There for 10 years, she was responsible for all incoming and outgoing data, shipping and receiving, and compliance with state and federal sampling deadline regulations.
 

Robin Miller, office manager, brings several years of experience to Anemometry Specialists, Inc.  She provides internal administrative support, orders equipment and supplies all while attending to the company's day-to-day office needs.  Prior to joining Anemometry Specialists in 2007, Robin worked for Standard Printing and Design as their mailroom supervisor where she supplied all mail postal reports to the United States Postal Service (over 300,000 pieces per month) while overseeing mailroom operations and staff.  Prior to joining Standard Printing and Design, Robin worked as a production supervisor for Siefer Consultants, where she was recognized for ten years of excellent work.
